To order badge designs we already have on file:

  1. Determine your name badge style. Solid Brass or Nickel Metal badge – Framed badge – Clear cover badge – Plastic Badges – Photo ID – Visitor badge
  2. Select your Badge holders.
  3. Enter your name list (Order Now) You will need to register just 1 time. Addresses and contact info will be saved and auto-populate upon log-in next time. Our order form is designed to be SIMPLE!  We know how crazy some order sites can be!
  4. When completed, you will have several payment options.
  5. After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation including your order details and name list.

I would like to be billed Net 30, what do I do?

Quick Badge & Sign will need a current, approved credit app on file before we can schedule production.

Get a CREDIT APPLICATION HERE. Print it, fill it out and fax it to us. Credit decisions require 7 -10 business days.

***Custom orders from new customers require payment in advance. We accept all major credit cards.

What about reorders ?

Go straight to our “Order now” page. Log-in to proceed. Having a login profile saves repeated shipping and billing entry. If you cannot recall your password we will email you a link to update/change it. If you would like to see your current name badge photo, go to your Company Clients page.

How does FREE SETUP work ?

All orders over $100 get FREE new design setup.

If you have a small initial order of less than $100 there will be a one time $35.00 setup charge.


How does FREE SHIPPING work ?

Place your name badge order on-line, pay by credit card or PayPal and have a minimum merchandise total of $100.00. On-line orders save phone time. Pre-paid orders save invoicing time and postage. We pass the savings on to you!!! Free shipping is “ground service only” and figure a one week delivery allowance. *** Note: Faxed and phone orders, do NOT qualify for free shipping.

Can I order more than one logo design at the same time?

Absolutely! Just type in the required logos as you order. We get many orders with two or more logos per order. Combine for discounts.

Can I order Logo Badges with no names ?

Yes! Just leave the “Name” and “Title” fields on the Order Form empty. We will be glad to print badges with just your company logo that you can add names to later with a label maker or PTouch machine.

I have a very large order are there further discounts after 100 quantity ?

Yes! The next level for a volume discount is 500 quantity.

How much is shipping if I do not opt for the “Free Shipping” discount?

Shipping rates are posted on our “Shipping Rates Chart” link.

What is the order turnaround time ?

Typically 48 hours or two business days, then add transit time. In the event we set up a new logo for your Company we will advise you when we discuss your design.

What methods do you use for artwork printing ?

  1. Digital UV ink printing (Plastic Badges)
  2. Full color lamination printing (Visitor/Photo Card Style Badges)
  3. Monochromatic Laser Engraving (Plastic Badges)
  4. Sublimation (Nickel, Brass, Clear Dome Cover Aluminum Badges)


Our digital UV printing is new and far superior to our old fashioned method of hot stamping. In the old days of hot stamping photo resolution was not possible, not even close. We now also print the whitest whites even onto brushed metallic or solid black plastics.
